Please note:
Members from the hosting societies (DPG, SPS, TPS) are expected to pay the registration fee regardless of whether they give a talk at the symposium. For Non-European invited speakers, IUPS provides an unrestricted grant and registration fee is waived.
When registering for the congress, the General Terms and Conditions are accepted and bindingly apply.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.

Please note: When registering for the early fee, the payment by bank transfer must be conducted in time. Otherwise the higher fee automatically applies for the registration and you will receive a new invoice from the registration office subsequently. The regular congress fee must be paid fully prior to the congress. Otherwise, the participant has to pay the higher late/ onsite fee in cash or by credit card at the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations received until 15 May 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies. After this date, no refunds will be made for any cancellations, and accordingly the demand for full payment of the registration fees remains. Any changes of the registration and all cancellations must be communicated to the K.I.T. Group GmbH Dresden in writing only.

K.I.T. Group GmbH Dresden collects the registration fees on behalf of the Deutsche Physiologische Gesellschaft (DPG). Please inform us about any changes and cancellations in writing only.
